Who might you talk to ?
Maureen is an excellent speaker and leads our Circle of Peers events. Our clients value her strategic approach and ability to challenge conventional thinking. Her ability to network and combine work and fun is legendary.
Gina is the great administrative support for all our candidates as well as the team. Her caring and professional attitude and attention to detail is highly valued. She’s enthusiastic and friendly, proud of her Latin background and wears a smile most of the time! There is no secret that one of her passions is photography – hence our 2015 calendar!
Erica draws upon her past experiences in banking and education in maintaining the relationships with our customers. When not in the office, Erica enjoys gardening, reading and hiking over the South Downs.
Andy brings maturity of working within human resources for over 25 years. His particular interests lie in diversity, talent management and wellbeing and in placing people at the heart of organisational success. Priding himself on his emotional intelligence and coaching skills he takes real pleasure in working with people and in seeing them develop in individual careers.
He is a highly skilled and experienced HR expert who leads on assessment. Our clients value his unique ability to explore their ability and bring out the best from students. His professional focus is supported by a sense of humour that makes even an assessment a fun event!
Carol enjoys facilitating peoples’ development through coaching, mentoring and group activity. Clients enjoy and
value the way in which Carol will challenge current thinking to develop new ways of doing things. Carol makes learning fun.
Administrative Research Assistant
She works on our extensive database, ensuring that all our candidates and clients’ details are all up to date. She undertakes all types of administration for the company. She works remotely and has just moved to a home with amazing views of the sea!
Raiaan has joined Cullen Scholefield to gain experience in HR while studying for his CIPD L5 Diploma. He is responsible for aspects of candidate enrolment, IT support and administration.
A former Head of HR and HR Project Manager specialising in HR project management, strategy and consultation with an excellent track record of contributing to business performance through delivery of strategic and operational HR change management programmes. He can also offer support to in-house HR teams tasked with driving change management programmes.
His approach is pragmatic, ethical and based on a partnership with key stakeholders.
An ex-senior lecturer in HR management. He has had the ability of teaching a wide variety of students over the years and in his retirement has done a considerable amount of marking and invigilation. A retired family man who enjoys the odd round of golf and watching football.
PA to the Managing Director and Administration Manager
With her long experience of managing offices and her love of customer service, Vicki enjoys running the back office along with her team where there is never a dull moment. Having fun and working hard. These go hand in hand with her love of travelling after nearly half a lifetime of globetrotting!
Rob has broad experience working both independently and as part of a team, particularly in situations requiring excellent communication skills and real attention to detail. In his free time he indulges interests in history/heritage and archaeology. Plus scrambling up mountains whenever possible!
Huw has over 30 years business experience spanning a broad range business functions. For nearly 10 years he has held dual roles as a Managing Director for a major UK manufacturing company as well as being their head of Human Resources for EMEA. His broad experience enables him to link HR’s role in many business scenarios.
Delivering HR consultancy to a range of organisations, Dave brings practical examples to those developing their skills. His approach is always practical and suited to the organisation, rather than ‘text book one size fits all’.
She is particularly good at encouraging and motivating those new to the HR role. An almost retired Associate who now plays more than she works, but still too young to hang up her HR boots!
She is a procedure oriented organiser who plans well with a keen eye for detail. As a member of the team, she works with great resilience and diligence towards a common goal. She sees any problem as an opportunity, allowing her to display her supportive, nurturing gifts.
Business Development Manager
Adam’s role is centred around the sale of existing products and services and the development of additional services to suit our clients’ needs. He is available to offer consulting services around specialist subjects such as the upcoming Apprenticeship Levy. Adam’s spare time is mostly taken up shepherding his children!
He guides and supports people to become more resourceful and stronger in key aspects of their working lives in a practical, fun way. He has an open and friendly approach, encouraging trust and commitment and a feeling of being in safe hands.

An employee rights and employee relations expert providing specialist consultancy and training on issues relating to discipline, grievance, capability and safeguarding. A retired ACAS senior advisor with many years experience as a conference speaker and pragmatic advisor.
